Dr. José Muñoz
Dr. José Muñoz, with over 10 years of experience as an instructional designer and a health educator for minority populations in the United States and Puerto Rico. He has worked for Johns Hopkins University, Penn State University, the DC Mayor's Office on Latino Affairs American Red Cross and American Cancer Society conceptualizing, planning, coordinating and overseeing the development of training programs and materials. The areas in which Dr. Muñoz has dedicated his research and work include: cross-cultural issues, Cervical and Breast Cancer education, HIV/AIDS education and prevention, better access to health care for Hispanics/Latinos, and how to overcome language and cultural barriers for health care providers and their patient population throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
In addition, Dr. Muñoz serves as a Spanish Faculty Consultant to Educational Testing Services (ETS) providing; input to their Spanish Advanced Placement (AP) development committee, scoring student responses, discussing achievement, and teaching strategies to be used in colleges and AP high school programs across the United States, Puerto Rico, Spain, Central and South America. In addition Dr Muñoz is an active volunteer serving as Ambassador and Congressional Leader for the American Cancer Society, representing Congressional District 8 in Alexandria VA. Dr. Muñoz received both his Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction and Health Education and a Master's Degree in Management and Financial Policy from Penn State University.
Kevin Sherratt
Kevin Sherratt was born and grew up in England but now lives in Sydney, Australia. While he has primarily a naval background with over 30 years service in both the Royal Navy and Royal Australian Navy as a commissioned officer, during this time he developed a keen interest in computers particularly in the area of presentational and instructional work, including digital creativity and photography for which he has a passion. Kevin has worked on many projects that have helped him to develop and acquire the skills necessary to create and manipulate digital material in an innovative and creative way. Kevin received his BS in Health Administration from the University of News South Wales in Sydney, and has also completed post-graduate studies in Business Administration at the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. Currently, Kevin lives and works between Sydney, Australia and Washington DC.
Dr. Bradley Weaver
Chief Financial Officer, Nvision DC Dr. Bradley Weaver has a Ph.D. in physics, with over 25 years experience in statistics, engineering, math and instructional materials. He has been assisting/consulting with others on their taxes and finances (both personal and businesses) since 1981. He currently keeps the books and works with the instructional designers for Nvision DC. He prides himself on a thirty-four year record of 100% positive interaction with federal, state and local tax institutions.
